RESCUE THE RESCUE MISSION RUN

Please help us Rescue our Mission! We have enjoyed a wonderful partnership with a rent-free lease for the past 22 years. Because of a change in the family dynamics, the owners have decided to sell. To avoid the tragedy of closing our ministry, we have been granted the opportunity to purchase the property for $495,000. We have until September 15th to raise these funds.We will have a 5k run on September 2, 2023 starting at 8 a.m. at Mill Village Trailhead, 109 Eve St., Augusta, GA 30904. $20 for the 5k without a shirt only. From Jeanette Hernandez: To all my friends, I am in the process of organizing a run-walk-stroll event for September 2, 2023. .I feel fortunate to be a part of this organization, and my church, Lumpkin Road Baptist Church, has been working with them for over 15 years. Every two months, we make sure to feed both their body and their souls. We have several churches in the CSRA that support them in the same way. Personally, I have witnessed God's work through the dedication and support this organization provides, both spiritually and physically, as I have seen broken individuals get back on their feet and lead stable lives. I invite you to be a part of this great blessing.

Please understand that you don't have to be a "run junkie" or a "gym junkie" to participate. Let's all come together and support this cause.
